Lava Sauce is substantial enough (but not overly thick — and certainly not chunky) to be great as an ingredient in your favorite recipes, or as a “pour on” sauce with most any dish. Use it as a grilling sauce or marinade. And of course, try it alone as a dipping sauce with chips, fries, vegetables or anything else you might have handy. The flavor profile is complex. If it weren't, we wouldn't’t have to use a fancy term like “flavor profile.” We could just say, “It tastes real good,” and be done with it.
